Shipping & Handling Policies Standard shipping and handling in the continental US is USPS or UPS Ground. FedEx is not available. There is a minimum charge of $18.00 for UPS Ground . United State Postal charges will vary by region. For example, if you ordered a single finished flute, the S&H with UPS would be $18.00. If you order three finished flutes, total S&H with UPS would be $18.00. Remember UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders received before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 PM EST will go out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Orders outside the US will be billed for the actual shipping charges and all billed charges including shipping must be paid in U.S. Dollars prior to shipment.
